Checking site status

This section shows you how to check whether the Frosmo Platform is receiving data from a site, and whether the data tracking set up for the site is working correctly.

Checking script status

To verify that the Frosmo scripts are running on a site:

  1. In the Frosmo Control Panel, in the header, click Site Status.

  2. Check the Frosmo scripts status. The available follow-up action depends on the status.

    To fix the issue, add the scripts to the site.

    To fix the issue:

    • To check when the platform stopped receiving data from the site, click Inspect.

    • Check the latest changes made to the site to ensure that they do not interfere with the platform.

    • Check that the Frosmo scripts have been added to the site.

Checking product tracking status

The Frosmo Platform collects product data for a site through product view events sent directly from the site or by periodically reading a product data feed. A site can use one or both approaches for product tracking.

Product views

To check product view event status for a site:

  1. In the Frosmo Control Panel, in the header, click Site Status.

  2. Check the Product views status. The available follow-up action depends on the status.

To check product feed status for a site:

  1. In the Frosmo Control Panel, in the header, click Site Status.

  2. Check the Product feeds status. The available follow-up action depends on the status.

Checking transaction tracking status

To check transaction tracking status for a site:

  1. In the Frosmo Control Panel, in the header, click Site Status.

  2. Check the Transactions status. The available follow-up action depends on the status.
