Email recommendation workflow

Before you start working with email recommendations, check the prerequisites and limitations.

To create and use an email recommendation:

1. Create the email recommendation.

2. Create and copy the email recommendation code.

3. Use the code in an email.

4. Check the recommendation performance.

If you want to refresh the set of recommended items displayed in the email, regenerate the email recommendation.

You can freely edit the email recommendation before you've created the code.

You can also rename the recommendation at any point, and you can remove the recommendation when you no longer need it.
