Checking email recommendation performance

Once you've sent the email containing the recommendation, you want to keep track of how the recommendation is performing.

To check email recommendation performance:

1. In the Frosmo Control Panel, in the sidebar, select More > Email Recommendations.

2. In the email recommendations list, find the recommendation whose performance you want to check, and view the statistics for the recommendation:

   • Displays: The number of times the recommendation has been displayed.

   • Clicks: The number of times the items in the recommendation have been clicked.

   • CTR: Click-through rate for the recommendation.
