Recommendations API troubleshooting

If the Recommendations API returns an error or otherwise fails to return the data you expect, try the following:

• Check the common solution to the error from Recommendations API reference.

• Set the debug query parameter to true in the API request, and check the returned debugging information in the response. For more information about the parameter, see Recommendations API reference.
