You can view and export basic statistics for a modification in the Frosmo Control Panel.

For information about viewing and exporting advanced tracking statistics, see Advanced tracking statistics.

Viewing basic statistics

You can view the following basic statistics for a modification:

  • Displays
  • True displays
  • Clicks
  • Conversions after click
  • Conversions after display
  • Conversions after true display (table)
  • CTR for displays
  • CTR for true displays (table)
  • CR for clicks
  • CR for displays
  • CR for true displays (table)
  • Average conversion value after click (graph)
  • Average conversion value after display (graph)
  • Total revenue from clicks (table)
  • Total revenue from displays (table)
  • Total revenue from true displays (table)

You can view the statistics in a graph, which shows the changes in the statistics over time, and in a table, which shows the total cumulative values for the statistics. In addition, in the graph, you can view the unique counts for clicks, displays, and true displays.

Figure: Basic statistics for a modification in the Frosmo Control Panel

Unique counts are calculated by visitor rather by individual event. For example, if the same modification variation is displayed to a visitor seven times, that counts as seven displays and one unique display for that variation.

Average conversion value means the average value (normally, revenue) of the conversions attributed to the modification after the modification was clicked or displayed.

Conversion-based statistics are only available if conversion tracking is enabled for the modification, which it is by default. If conversion tracking is disabled and you want to enable it, see Conversion tracking and attribution for instructions.

  1. In the Frosmo Control Panel, select Modifications > Overview.

  6. View the statistics:
    • Graph (statistics over time)

By default, the graph displays the daily displays and unique displays for the modification over the selected time range. You can select between a daily, weekly, and monthly view for the graph. You can also select which statistic to display in the graph.

      Configuring the graph 1

You can further refine the graph by selecting to show only specific variations (including the comparison group, if defined), either the full or unique counts for the statistic, and annotations, if any. To show or hide a value, click its selector below the graph.

      Configuring the graph 2

    • Table (cumulative statistics)

The counts are tracked separately for each variation (including the comparison group, if defined). The total counts by event or metric are listed at the bottom of the table.

By default, the cumulative statistics are based on displays. If you want to calculate the statistics based on true displays, select Use true display to calculate.

The following figures show the same statistics calculated based on displays and true displays, respectively.
