In the Frosmo Platform, the following features are related to profiling:

  • Affinity and affinity groups
  • Conversion definitions
  • Custom actions (for example, when using geolocation)
  • Modification settings that define whether to display the modification to visitors based on visitor history

These features can be considered profiling in that they use or provide data about visitor behavior for the purpose of personalizing or targeting content to visitors. As mentioned above, though, segmenting visitors or collecting behavioral data about them is not profiling in and of itself.
