This section shows you how to check whether the Frosmo Platform is receiving data from a site, and whether the data tracking set up for the site is working correctly.

Checking script status

To verify that the Frosmo scripts are running on a site:

  1. In the Frosmo Control Panel, select Setup > Status.
  2. Check the Frosmo scripts status. The available follow-up action depends on the status.

    The Frosmo Platform has not received data from the site for the past 30 days. This is most likely because the Frosmo scripts have not been added to the site.

    To fix the issue, add the scripts to the site.

    To check the latest visit statistics, click View.

    The Frosmo Platform has not received data from the site for the past 24 hours. The connection between the platform and the site may be blocked, or recent changes made to the site are preventing the platform from accessing the site.

    To fix the issue:

    • To check when the platform stopped receiving data from the site, click Inspect.
    • Check the latest changes made to the site to ensure that they do not interfere with the platform.
    • Check that the Frosmo scripts have been added to the site.

Checking product tracking status

To check product tracking status for a site:

  1. In the Frosmo Control Panel, select Setup > Status.
  2. Check the Product views status. The available follow-up action depends on the status.
