Once you've sent the email containing the recommendation, you want to keep track of how the recommendation is performing.
To check email recommendation performance:
- In the Frosmo Control Panel, in the sidebar, select More > Email Recommendations.
In the email recommendations list, find the recommendation whose performance you want to check, and view the statistics for the recommendation:
- Displays: The number of times the recommendation has been displayed.
- Clicks: The number of times the items in the recommendation have been clicked.
- CTR: Click-through rate for the recommendation.
